Goal and Purpose of "Anomalia"


Hi there,

I just would like to introduce myself, Laura, Co-Ass. Organizer of the Group.

Sharon & I were inspired to create this group for a purpose. Basically, we're hoping that like-minded and just-as-gifted people or more come along for the ride. Not to divulge too much info about ourselves until we all finally meet, but all of us are gifted in one way or another in the paranormal. I myself have self-study/research and practice in the area since the age of 10. I am now 30.

We named the group Anomalia because we're not and hope to remain a group that is NOT run-of-the-mill. We don't only handle Ghosts, we handle ANY Paranormal or Supernatural Anomalies. In other words, things that the logical practical mind can not conceive or explain, we will. We might not give you the answer right away, but we will give you one, or set our sights on research and investigation to the point where we HAVE an answer. If we could gather more people, as strength in numbers is ALWAYS needed, that would be great. Whether it be those with likewise gifts in that area, aka sensitive, psychics, mediums, see-ers, researched knowledge in any "lore", alternative belief system etc.. Witch's/wiccan's, pagan, draconics/daraco's, christians, are MOST welcome.

We would also like to gather the "practicals", but those who KEEP an VERY VERY open-mind and DO not distract or inhibit or block the sensitive(s) from their work, as they believe in their work, and their work is VALID.

Practical's like those who have equipment or info on areas where we would be needed, or even those who have practical knowledge or connection in the world of Paranormal Investigating.

We're not looking for religious fanaticism in our group. But we're looking for believers, not people who aren't sure in what they believe or not sure of whom they are or they're place in the world. That might sound callous, but for this group to flourish we have to be precise, I'm truly sorry.

We plan on visiting locations on the Island of Montreal and the surrounding areas, and hopefully travel to other areas in Canada or the US (depending on availabilities of the members & $$$$).

For determined members that eventually join, we expect and encourage frequent communciation through calls/text messages (in future), emails (anytime), facebook, messanger, etc. Communication would be when you've discovered a place that would need the gifts/abilities/expertise & knowledge of the Anomalia Team; which I'm 150% certain WILL happen since we'll all know each-other quite well in the long-run. :o)

Another talked about place (where resides spirits and VERY little animal life to be honest) is Montreal's Mount-Royal. In the past couple of years of my life interacting with other sensistives like myself, and through other talks, there is suspician that Mount Royal is haunted. Now, this in MY eyes and in the eyes of Sharon & Maxine; it merits serious investigation.

Mount-Royal has ALOT of activity, even demonic I may say. Hence the reason why we require people that are up for the ride and challenge, since that's our FIRST task.
